The Enterprise plan
Identity, governance, and exportable logs — sold, set up, and supported entirely self-serve.
What Enterprise adds
Enterprise is everything in Team plus the capabilities an organization checks for before it adopts a platform: your identity provider in charge of sign-in, hard limits on what members and projects can spend, control over which AI models agents may use, logs you can take with you, and paperwork that doesn't need a meeting.
- SAML single sign-on — your team signs in through Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or any SAML 2.0 identity provider, and you can enforce it.
- Verified email domains — prove domain ownership with a DNS record; sign-in routes by domain, and a domain belongs to exactly one organization.
- Spend budgets — monthly caps per member and per project, enforced automatically before agents run.
- Model allowlist — restrict the AI models available to agents and project setup to an admin-approved subset.
- Log export — download the organization's audit trail, agent chats, and agent runs as CSV or JSON.
- Click-through DPA and annual invoice billing — a GDPR-aligned Data Processing Addendum accepted from the Billing page, and a net-30 invoice option for procurement.
- 5 TiB of library file storage and $20/month of pooled usage credits per seat.
Self-serve by design
Everything on the Enterprise plan can be bought, configured, and operated without talking to anyone. Checkout is a normal plan purchase — card or invoice. SSO is a settings page and a DNS record. Budgets and model policies are settings pages. The DPA is a click-through document. These docs are the support path, and they cover every step.
That's a deliberate promise: you can evaluate, purchase, and roll out Spaceboy Enterprise in an afternoon, without a sales cycle on either side. If you need something the plan doesn't cover — custom contracts, data residency, industry-specific agreements — contact us from the pricing page and we'll talk like humans.
Seats and pricing
Enterprise is $60 per seat per month, or $600 per seat per year billed annually (about 17% off). There is a 5-seat minimum: you're billed for your member count or 5 seats, whichever is larger. Seats sync automatically as members join and leave — no true-up spreadsheets. Every seat adds $20/month of usage credits to the organization's shared pool, so bundled credits scale with the team.
Plans and billingBuying with an invoice
Annual Enterprise doesn't require a credit card. On the Billing page, Pay by annual invoice creates a Stripe invoice with net-30 terms and emails it to your billing contact. The plan activates immediately, so your team starts while accounts payable does its thing.
The DPA and your security review
Spaceboy's Data Processing Addendum is a versioned, click-through document: an owner reviews it and accepts it for the organization from the Billing page, and the acceptance — who, which version, when — is recorded and written to the audit log. No countersignatures, no email threads.
For security questionnaires, the Trust & Security page publishes our data handling practices, subprocessors, and security posture in one place — most reviews can be answered from it directly.
